There are significant variations on inclusive provisions for people with disabilities.  Financial firms with global reach provide services with the minimum requirements of local policy. 

There are significant gaps in retail banking.

Partnerships with mainstream banks, local non-profits organizations have demonstrated positive results.

CDFIs can play a critical role to bring banking services closer to people as this role is filled by parallel intuitions globally.
