Joel Isaac has a genetic disorder that has caused him to gradually lose his eyesight over many years. 
 
He has worked as a full-stack developer and accessibility specialist building products for well-known retail, non-profit, and government institutions. 
 
Focused on holistic solutions, Joel understands issues in diversity, inclusion, and accessibility at a deep level based on his personal and career journey. 
 
Currently only able to perceive shadows, Joel guides clients in understanding the impact of accessibility and inclusion while helping to guide the implementation of scalable solutions to support both customers and enterprise needs.
