Maisie is Neurodiversity Speaker, Educator, and Consultant, and the founder of Diversity Does. She specialises in helping organisations create workplaces where neurodivergent employees can genuinely thrive.

With a background in ADHD, autism, and behaviour communication, Maisi delivers practical, evidence-informed training that supports businesses to meet their ESG and wellbeing commitments while improving performance, retention, and inclusion. Her work spans leadership development, inclusive recruitment, and supporting employees who are also parent-carers of neurodivergent children.
